Autumn Term 2 – 2023 – 2024 – Self-Belief

This half term our theme has been Self-Belief, we have encouraged this in all Events and Festival for over 1000 Young People plus over 50 Young Leaders. Our Events this term have been:

KS2 Inclusion Festival – 6 Primary Schools with 192 Participants –

Outcome: To provide Inclusive opportunities.

Alternative Provision Multi Sports Event – 4 Schools with 84 Participants –

Outcome: To provide Inclusive opportunities.

Year 3/4 Active 60 Festival – 12 Primary Schools with 188 Participants –

Outcome: To support transition and to improve health and wellbeing.

Primary Open Basketball Cup – 4 Primary Schools with 54 Participants –

Outcome: To develop confidence and competence within physical activity / sport skills and to improve knowledge and understanding of sport and physical activity.

Year 5/6 Sportshall Athletics Clusters – 20 Primary Schools with 568 Participants –

Outcome: To build skills and connections and to provide Inclusive opportunities.

Primary Basketball Festival – 8 Primary Schools with 86 Participants –

Outcome: To increase regular participation and motivation and to create positive experiences.

Year 3/4 Sportshall Athletics Event – 13 Primary Schools with 351 Participants –

Outcome: To build social skills and connections and to provide inclusive opportunities.

Primary Basketball Girls Cup – 3 Primary Schools with 31 Participants –

Outcome: To develop confidence and competence within physical activity / sport skills and to improve knowledge and understanding of sport and physical activity.

Year 5/6 Sportshall Athletics Finals – 8 Primary Schools with 199 Participants –

Outcome: To develop confidence and competence within physical activity / sport skills and to promote success and achievement.

Santa Dash – 13 Schools with over 3000 Participants.

KS3 and KS4 Badminton – 8 Secondary Schools with 60 Participants.

Secondary Sportshall Athletics – 6 Secondary Schools with 156 Participants.
